2M Logistics processes personal data of customers, potential customers, and other contacts. We do this to fulfill our agreements. In this privacy statement, we explain why and how we process your personal data.

Although we do not have a Data Protection Officer, you can contact us with questions about our privacy policy at planning@2mlogistics.nl.

What Personal Data Does 2M Logistics Process? We may process the following personal data, depending on the products or services you have purchased:

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data? Personal data is not kept longer than necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which we collected the data and legal obligations.

 

Data from quotes will be deleted no later than two years after the last contact. For customers, we retain data for seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement was fulfilled, in accordance with tax regulations.

Sharing Data with Third Parties To fulfill agreements,

we may share your personal data with third parties who provide products or services to us or work on our behalf. We also use external server space for storing records, where your personal data is provided to our server provider.
